TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
These purchase terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.moulinestudios.com.
The terms constitute an agreement between you and MOULINE STUDIOS, organization no. 970821128. All prices include 25% statutory VAT. By making purchases from and using these websites, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
CONFIRMATION
Once we have received an order from you, we will send an order confirmation to the provided email address to confirm your purchase. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. The confirmation also serves as your receipt that you have placed an order and thus a payment obligation has arisen.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
DELIVERY TIME
MOULINE STUDIOS processes the order as soon as possible after it is placed. Depending on the delivery option, it may take different amounts of time to receive the order. MOULINE STUDIOS cannot guarantee an exact delivery time as potential delays with carriers are a factor we cannot influence. (read more under Force Majeure).
COMBINED SHIPPING OF ORDERS
We process and deliver a large number of orders. All orders are processed separately based on order number and therefore cannot be shipped together.
PURCHASE
To shop on credit at MOULINE STUDIOS, you must be 18 years old.
SHIPMENT & RESPONSIBILITY
If the ordered goods, against all odds, do not arrive, please contact us at hello@moulinestudios.com where we will try to help you track the shipment.
Claims for damaged packaging, incorrect items, or undelivered shipments must be reported to MOULINE STUDIOS within 7 days of receiving the goods.
It is always the customer's responsibility to ensure that address and user data are updated and correct. Please ensure that both First and Last Name, Street Address, and Apartment/House Number match what is stated on your mailbox/slot. MOULINE STUDIOS is not responsible for deliveries where the information turns out to be incorrect. In such an event, we may contact you regarding potential compensation for additional shipping costs.
WARRANTY
Our products are manufactured with great care and high quality standards. All our jewelry undergoes rigorous checks to meet the standard we expect – in terms of material, design, and durability.
All our jewelry is made of stainless steel – a durable, water-resistant, and hypoallergenic material that stays beautiful over time. They are designed to be worn often and loved for a long time. With proper care, your jewelry can stay as beautiful as the day you received it.
We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on all jewelry. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and applies to all products handled according to our care instructions. Should anything unexpected happen to your jewelry during the warranty period – we will repair or replace it free of charge.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
If an order has been placed for pickup at a service point, you are responsible for collecting the package from the designated agent. When the shipment reaches the designated pickup point, a notification will be sent via SMS, app, or mail. If you do not collect the shipment by the specified deadline, you will be charged for return shipping costs to us and administrative costs incurred. The charge for uncollected shipments is SEK 49. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
RIGHT OF RETURN
MOULINE STUDIOS offers a 14-day right of return. Please note that the right of return does not apply to products with a clear personal character, such as engraved products or custom orders.
A full refund applies provided that the product is unused and in new condition. In cases where the product has been used or handled to a greater extent than necessary to determine its characteristics or function, MOULINE STUDIOS reserves the right to decide on a depreciation deduction for the product.
If you have chosen Klarna or another external party as your payment method, it is your responsibility to inform them when you make a return. MOULINE STUDIOS is not responsible for any reminder fees related to external payment partners.
TERMS FOR BUY 3 PAY FOR 2
When returning purchases made with the "Buy 3, Pay for 2" offer, the following applies: The free product is always the one with the lowest price. If the free product is returned, no refund will be issued as we never charged for this product. If you instead return a product you paid for but choose to keep the free product, we will charge you for the free product. This means that we will only refund you the difference between the free product and the product you returned to us.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Right of Withdrawal & Return
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your order. The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. To make a return, contact us at hello@moulinestudios.com and we will guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. We will issue a refund within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return.
Complaint
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but should there be a defect in your item – for example, a manufacturing defect – you have the right to file a complaint about the product within 3 years, according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us via hello@moulinestudios.com with a picture and description of the defect, and we will assist you further.
EXCHANGES
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you return the one you do not want to keep and place a new order for the product you desire instead.
This way, you get your new favorite quickly – without having to wait for us to process an exchange.
As a customer, you are responsible for the return cost of SEK 49. Email us at hello@moulinestudios.com and we will help you further in the process.
UTILIZATION OF RIGHT OF RETURN
If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a customer is abusing the right of return in an unsustainable manner, MOULINE STUDIOS has the right to cancel ongoing orders and/or temporarily ban the customer from future purchases. Please note that this only applies to cases where the behavior is systematic and therefore cannot be applied to random or individual cases. Examples of such cases include resale of ordered products, unsustainable and excessive buying behavior, or suspicion of fraud.
RETURN COST
For returns or exchanges, we charge a return fee of SEK 49.
REFUND OF RETURNED GOODS
Depending on the payment method, refunds are handled differently, but as soon as the return has been processed, a refund will be issued if you have already paid for the goods.
If you used Klarna as a payment method, you need to contact Klarna and extend the due date/freeze the invoice to avoid reminder fees. MOULINE STUDIOS is not responsible for any reminder fees.
If you paid by Card/Bank or Paypal, you will receive a refund of the returned amount as soon as your return is processed.

RESERVATION
MOULINE STUDIOS reserves the right to cancel an order without further justification. MOULINE STUDIOS reserves the right for dimension deviations on all products of up to 10%. (If it says "width approx: 10 mm", the margin of error is 1 mm) MOULINE STUDIOS reserves the right for any image and writing errors on the site, such as errors in description, technical specification, prices, and price adjustments. MOULINE STUDIOS reserves the right to cancel a purchase in the event of an incorrect price being displayed.
FORCE MAJEURE
MOULINE STUDIOS shall be exempt from damages and other penalties if the fulfillment of the agreement is prevented, complicated, or delayed by any circumstance beyond our control. Such excusing circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of permits, war, fire, flood, labor disputes, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, unfavorable transport or weather conditions, or non-delivery from subcontractors, as well as if the company is subjected to criminal activity that affects its operations.
