Yes, absolutely! Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear without fuss. They are made of stainless steel with 18K PVD gold plating, making them 100% waterproof. You don't need to take them off when showering, exercising, or washing your hands, and they won't discolor your skin or lose their shine
Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our jewellery is made from stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and suitable for most skin types. This means that the risk of irritation or allergic reactions is very low. For sensitive skin, we recommend testing the jewellery on a small area of skin first.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Our jewellery requires minimal care, but we recommend storing it in the accompanying pouches or a jewellery box when not in use.

What is stainless steel?

Shipping, Delivery, Returns, Payment and International orders

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Klarna.
How long does it take to get my order?
We always do our utmost to get your package out as quickly as possible! Our normal delivery times are:
• Sweden: 1–3 business days (sent with trackable PostNord delivery)
• Europe (EU): 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–12 business days

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can easily follow your jewelry's journey all the way home to you.
Customs & tax (international orders)
Will there be customs duties or additional taxes on my order?
• Within the EU: No, you don't need to worry about any extra charges! All taxes are included in the price when you shop within the EU.
• Outside the EU (e.g. USA, Norway, UK): As the package crosses a customs border, local import taxes, VAT, or customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are paid by the recipient upon delivery.
What do I do if I have a problem with my product?
If you experience a problem with a product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help you resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied with your new jewellery.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new jewellery!
If you regret your purchase, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your package. For the return to be approved, the jewellery must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged in its Mouline box/pouch.

As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We highly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option when sending the package back to us to ensure it arrives safely. Once the package is back with us and approved for return, you will receive a refund.
