Customs, import VAT & local taxes (Orders outside the EU)
For orders shipped to countries outside the EU (such as the USA, Norway, UK, etc.), the following applies:
Within the EU: No additional customs duties or taxes will be added upon delivery.
Outside the EU: Any local import VAT, customs duty, or customs fee will be levied by your local customs authority and paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Return Policy
We are convinced that you will love your new waterproof jewellery! Should you still regret your purchase, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your package.
Do you want to make an exchange? The quickest way is to make a standard return for the item you don't want and place a new order directly in the shop.
How to start a return:
1. Send us an email at hello@moulinestudios.com. For the quickest possible assistance, please include your order number, which products, and what quantity you wish to return. We will get back to you quickly with instructions.
2. For the return to be approved, the item must be unused, in the same condition as upon delivery, and remain in its original packaging.
Return shipping:
Within Sweden: We will email you a ready-made return label. A fixed handling and return shipping fee of 89 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
Internationally (Outside Sweden): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will process it within 2–5 business days and refund the amount to your original payment method. The time before the money appears in your account may vary slightly depending on the bank.
Your feedback is invaluable to us! Whether you are returning because the size wasn't right, the design didn't feel quite right, or if you simply changed your mind – please let us know why when you email us so that we can become even better.
Important information
Remember to pick up or receive your parcel when it's delivered – no parcel wants to be lonely!
If a parcel is not collected or is returned to us due to refused customs payment or incorrect address details, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 200 SEK (or equivalent amount in your currency) to cover our handling and round-trip shipping costs.
Please also note that all returns must be registered with us via email before being sent back. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or parcels that do not follow our return process.
